Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking permission to serve the Respondent no. 4 at new address as stated in Paragraph 3 of Civil Application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application. 4.

Hence, the following order:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause a to c which reads thus:- 1/2

(c) The delay, if any, caused in filing this Civil Application may be condoned."
