After hearing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the applicant sought permission to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that applicant is in custody from 27th July, 2018. He further submitted that applicant's family consisting of minor children is depending upon him and hence liberty may be granted to the applicant to prefer an application for bail after a period of six months.

In view of above, the applicant is allowed to withdraw this application. If the trial does not commence within a period of six months, applicant will be at liberty to prefer fresh application for bail.
