The learned Counsel for the applicants i.e., Respondent Nos.1 to 5 in the appeal, seek liberty to withdraw the Civil Application by which appointment of Court Receiver is prayed for, as the applicants want to file a fresh application praying that other persons are to be joined as parties in the Civil Application, due to some subsequent changes in the possession of the suit property.
