1) This is an application for transit anticipatory bail. The applicant has been arraigned as accused in Inquiry No.1/2016 registered with Savli Police Station,District Vadodara State Gujarat arising out of CC No.48 of 2015. 2) The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that there is strong apprehension that in pursuance of the said inquiry being conducted the Police from Salli Police Station, District Vadodara, State Gujarat may arrest the applicants. That, the applicants intend to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction under which the said Savli Police Station falls for adopting appropriate legal proceedings. That, the applicants may be protected for two weeks from today, with a view to enable them to file the

2 /2ABA-1641-16-908 appropriate legal proceedings as stated earlier. 2) In view of the facts mentioned in the application and in view of the fact that the applicants intend to adopt appropriate legal proceedings in the Court of competent jurisdiction at District Vadodara, State Gujarat, the applicants are granted transit anticipatory bail for two weeks from today.

3) Hence, the following order.

a) In the event of arrest of the applicants in Inquiry No.1/2016 arising out of CC No.48 of 2015 registered with Savli Police Station, District Vadodara, State Gujarat the applicants shall be released on PR bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount. b) The present transit anticipatory bail shall remain in force for a period of two weeks from today and shall come to an end after the said period of two weeks. c) It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted to the applicants.

d) Application is disposed off accordingly..
