The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, makes a statement that in view of the letter dated 5th February 2013, the petitioner is not pressing prayer clause (a). However, the counsel requests that respondent no.4 be directed to decide the proposal of the petitioner's compassionate appointment at the earliest.
In view of the above, we are directing respondent no.4 to decide the proposal of the petitioner's compassionate appointment in accordance with Shraddha Talekar PA 1/2
