CORAM : M. S. SONAK, J.

DATE: 11 MARCH 2015 P.C. :- 1] The learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 hands over to the learned counsel for the petitioners cheques towards rent in lieu of transit accommodation, which the respondent no. 4 was required to pay to the petitioners in terms of this Court's order dated 6 March 2014 in writ petition no. 11757 of 2013. With this, the grievance with regard to non payment of rent in lieu of transit accommodation, does not survive.

2] The learned counsels for the respondent nos. 3 and 4 state that consistent with their statement as recorded in the order dated 6 March 2014 in writ petition no. 11757 of 2013, the said respondents shall execute necessary agreements with the 1/2

skc 905-WP-110024-14 petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will approach the respondent no. 4 on 16 March 2015 at 11.00 a.m., so as to facilitate the execution of agreements on the said date.

3] The learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 further states that pay orders in respect of rent in lieu of transit accommodation payable to the petitioners had been handed over by the respondent no. 4 to the respondent no. 2. In view of the payments made today, by the respondent no. 4 to the petitioners, the respondent no. 2 is directed to return the said pay orders to the respondent no. 4. 4] With this, nothing further survives in this petition, which is disposed of.
