We have heard this matter for some time and find that there is an alternate mechanism for redressal of the grievances of the teachers arising from their transfers and this mechanism exists in the nature of the power conferred upon the Divisional Commissioner to look into such grievances. Relegating the Petitioners to the alternate mechanism already devised for their such grievances, we dismiss the Petition. However, they shall have liberty to take recourse to the alternate mechanism for redressal of their grievances.
