This Civil Application is moved by the applicant for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.2. 2.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that there is a delay in filing the present Civil Application. Hence, he prays that

In view of uncontroverted submission, delay is condoned. The legal heirs of the deceased respondent no. 2 are to be brought on record. Amendment is to be carried out within a period of three days from today.

Civil Application is allowed and is accordingly disposed of. 5.

The learned Counsel for respondent no.1 submits that the matter is between the applicant i.e., original petitioner and respondent no. 1. The matter is settled between the parties and, therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. 6.

Hence, this Petition is kept under the caption of "Dismissal" on 15th June, 2018.
