According to the appellant, the arguable questions are raised, which need to be decided during statutory appeal. 3.

The possession of the petitioner needs to be protected during pendency of interim relief application in the appeal. Hence, pass following order:

a) The order passed by Estate Officer, Defence Estate Office, Pune Circle Pune dated 11 August 2023 shall remain stayed for period of two weeks.

b) In the meantime, the Appellate Court shall decide the
