Learned counsel for the parties submit that Regular Civil Suit No. 216 of 2012 pending before 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division at Chandwad, District Nashik, from which the present petition arises, has been disposed of by a Consent Decree dated 05th March 2018 (at Exhibit-77 of the trial court's record). A copy of the consent decree is tendered before the court, which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 2.

The learned counsel for the parties submit that in view of the Consent Decree, the subject matter of the present petition does not survive; hence, the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
