Heard learned counsel for the parties. No affidavit in reply is filed.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has already served the unserved respondents by private notice in compliance of the order dated 23rd September, 2016. statement is

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the order dated 23rd September, 2016 dismissing the writ petition for want of compliance of the order dated 23rd September, 2016 is restored to file on the condition that the applicant removes all office objections within two weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. If the office objections are not removed within the prescribed time, writ petition to stand dismissed without further further reference to court.

Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

Place the writ petition on board for admission on 6th August,2018.

Affidavit in reply, if any, shall be filed within two weeks from today and a copy thereof shall be served upon the respondents' advocate simultaneously. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within one week from the date of service of the affidavit in reply and a copy thereof shall be served upon the respondents' advocates simultaneously. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted for filing affidavits.
