The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner at the outset submits that the Petitioner does not wish to challenge any of the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 in view of subsequent developments. Statement is accepted. In that view of the matter, he seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition seeking writ of habeas corpus. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such. All points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
