After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant at length,when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court if the trial arising out of CR No.84/2018 dated 20.2.2018 registered with Bharati Vidyapeeth Police Station, Pune does not commence within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
