Heard learned counsel for the applicant. He is seeking leave to bring on record charge-sheet, which is filed about six months back before the trial Court.

Matter is filed before this Court sometime on 24th September 2016. On 1st October 2016, it was adjourned to 17th October 2016. It appears that thereafter it came on Board on that date and was adjourned, as it could not be taken up. On 19th April 2017, it was adjourned on same ground. apl.1146.16.37.doc because nobody appeared for the applicant. On 3rd November 2017, it was adjourned on request of applicant.

In the situation, as charge-sheet is also filed about six months back, we are not inclined to intervene in extraordinary jurisdiction.

However, we keep all contentions of applicant on merits open. With liberty to move trial Court for discharge or take appropriate steps, we dispose of present proceedings. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
