Ms. Rane, the learned Counsel submits that she appears on behalf of the Appellant/Applicant and on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the First Appeal and Civil Application. Leave granted. The First Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. In view of disposal of First Appeal, the Civil Application does not survive and the same shall stand disposed of.

The Court fee, if any, to be refunded as per rules. The statutory amount be remitted back to the jurisdictional Tribunal and the Tribunal shall permit the parties to withdraw the amount.
