This Application is filed by the insurance company for condonation of delay of 58 days in filing the Appeal. The First Appeal is filed for challenging the Judgment and Order dated 3 rd March, 2015 passed by Additional Member, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Pune in MACP No. 513 of 2012. 2.
