The main grievance raised in the writ petition is about the allotment of plot of land under the 12.5% scheme by the CIDCO. The Petitioner has made several representations to the CIDCO, which are not yet decided. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that present writ petition may be treated as representation of Petitioner and the concerned authority of CIDCO may be directed to decide the same in a time bound manner.

In above circumstances, we dispose of this writ petition by passing following order :
-: O R D E R :- [1] This writ petition shall be treated/considered as representation of the Petitioner.

[2] The Petitioner shall, within two weeks from today, appear and submit a certified copy of this petition to the Chief Land and Survey officer of CIDCO.
[3] The Chief Land and Survey Officer of CIDCO shall decide the Petitioner's grievance made in the writ petition as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the writ petition. [4] It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and the concerned authority shall decide the said representation of the Petitioner independently, on its own merits, after hearing all concerned and strictly in accordance with law.
