The Applicant is a Degree holder Junior Engineer (Civil). The above Application is founded on the fact that any order passed in the above Writ Petition would adversely affect the promotional chances of the Applicant.

The Learned Counsel Shri Khaire opposes the application but ultimately leaves it to this court. 4.

Having regard to the fact as aforesaid stated, we deem it appropriate to allow the Civil Application in terms of prayer clause (a).

Amendment to be carried out within one week from date and the amended cause title to be served on the Respondents. The newly added Respondents are at liberty to file Affidavit-in-Reply to the Petition.
