Both learned counsel state that the dispute has been settled out of Court. Mr.Oak, learned counsel for the respondent acknowledges receipt of the Pay Order of Rs.1,00,000/- in full and final settlement of the respondent's claim against the petitioners. In view of the above Mr.Pendse, learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the petition as also amount deposited in this Court pursuant to the order dated 4th February, 2014. In view of the aforesaid I pass the following order :

(a) Petition is allowed to be withdrawn.

(b) The amount deposited pursuant to the order dated 4th February, 2014 in this Court along with accrued interest, if any, shall be withdrawn by the petitioners. (A.K. MENON,J.) 1/1
