Heard learned Advocate Mr. Kadam for the Applicant. 2.

The Applicant has filed Bail Application No.4363 of 2021, through Advocate Ekta Singh. It was filed in December 2021. However, it was not pursued. Now, the Applicant wants to change Advocate but at present he is detained in district jail of Gautam Budh Nagar (Uttar Pradesh). In view of that he is unable to contact earlier Advocate.

That is why the present Application is moved for dispensing with requirement of no objection of earlier Advocate. His thumb impression is there. Even though it is not affirmed before the Jail

In fact the Application was not pursued since long, hence, the Applicant needs to be given liberty to be represented through another Advocate of his choice. In view of that Interim Application is allowed. 5.

Application is disposed of.

Bail Application No.4363 of 2021 6.

The Applicant to serve office of PP. The Vakalatnama filed in Interim Application be treated as Vakalatnama for present Bail Application.
