By this application, the applicant seeks relaxation/modification of the condition set out in para 8(iii) of the order dated 10th August, 2015 passed by this Court (Coram : Smt. Sadhana S. Jadhav, J.) in Criminal Bail Application No. 902 of 2015. The said condition reads thus: "(iii) The applicant shall not visit the jurisdiction of Koregaon Police Station for a period of 3 months from the date of his release."

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant intends to enter the jurisdiction of Koregaon Police Station for a period of 1/3

two days for registration of a document with the Sub-Registrar's Office at Koregaon on 6th and 7th October, 2015.

Learned A.P.P, on the instructions of the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court, states that she has no objection if the order is modified to the above extent.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the said condition imposed in para 8(iii) is relaxed for a period of two days i.e. on 6th and 7th October, 2015. The applicant shall inform the Koregaon Police before leaving the jurisdiction of Koregaon on 7th October, 2015.

Rest of the conditions in the order dated 10th August, 2015 to remain as it is. The application is accordingly allowed in the above terms. 6.
