Heard Mr. Ojha, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr. Carlos, learned Counsel for respondent No.1 in W.P.

As the regular Court has passed "Not Before Me" order, Mr. Ojha has moved this Court as per the administrative order passed by Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice.

Mr. Ojha invited my attention to the order dated 7th August, 2018 passed in W.P. No.8185 of 2017 with C.A. No.2337 of 2017 with C.A. No.541

While disposing of the Petition, this Court continued interim relief granted in R.C.S No. 953 of 2017 for a period of 4 weeks with direction to DRT to dispose of the proceeding if filed by the petitioner before DRT within three weeks. Mr. Ojha submits that he filed proceedings before DRT on 16th August, 2018 and the matter was fixed on 31st August, 2018 before the DRT. Now, it is adjourned to 7th September, 2018. Mr. Ojha assures that on 7th September, 2018, the petitioner will press interim order before DRT and will not seek further extension of interim relief from this Court. 5.

In view of the assurance, interim relief continued by this Court for a period of 4 weeks from 7th August, 2018 is further extended by a period of 2 weeks from today with a clear understanding that no further extension of interim relief shall be sought from this Court. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
