1) Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, the learned counsel for the original complainant and the learned APP. Perused the record of the investigation pertaining to present crime. By an order dated 23.9.2016 the applicant was granted interim relief. The allegations as per the FIR as against the applicant are that she being the mother in law of the complainant used to demand money from the complainant for purchasing the house and used to pass sarcastic comments against her.

2) While granting interim relief on 23.9.2016 the applicant was directed to attend the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates and to join the process of investigation. The

2/2 ABA-1642-16-14 record of investigation reveals that the applicant did attend the Investigation officer. After taking into consideration the accusation made against the applicant, according to me, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not at all necessary. Hence, interim relief granted by an order dated 23.9.2016 is hereby confirmed.
