Contempt Petition is filed alleging that Respondents have committed contempt of order passed by this Court on 3/8/2021 in Writ Petition No.2075 of 2021. It is alleged that by this order the Division Bench had declared that reservation in question had lapsed and had directed the Respondents to publish government notification Digitally signed by RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Date:

The learned counsel for the Petitioner has placed on record government notification, subsequent to filing of the contempt petition

Considering this position, we are not inclined to further proceed under contempt jurisdiction.
