2 By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking to recall the order dated 18/02/2016 passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 2375/2014 and to continue the order dated 02/03/2006 passed in Civil Application No. 1959/2005 and also to confirm the interim order dated 05/03/2001 in Civil Application No. 561/2001.

3. By consent of both the parties, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) which reads thus:

b. This Hon'ble Court may pleased to confirm the interim order dated 05/03/2001 passed by this Hon'ble Court in the Civil Application No. 561/2001."

a. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.

b. No order as to costs.
