Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. 2.
By this application, the applicant seeks interim anticipatory bail in connection with C.R. No.129 of 2015 registered with the Dahiwadi Police Station, Satara for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(i) and under Sections 3(a), 4, 5(m)(o), 6, 21(1) of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 3(1)(12) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act,
2/5 1989. The said interim protection is sought till the final disposal of the applicant's anticipatory bail application, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vaduj.

The present applicant is the Director of Sant Gadage Maharaj Madhyamik Ashramshala, District - Satara. It appears that the only allegations, qua the present applicant is that he failed to inform the police regarding the offence that had taken place in the said Ashramshala. There is no allegation of any sexual offence as against the applicant. 4.
Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the applicant's prayer for interim bail, was rejected, pending the hearing and final disposal of his application for Anticipatory Bail. He submitted that the main application for Anticipatory Bail is kept for hearing on 29th September, 2015 and prays that the applicant be protected by an interim order till his application is finally decided by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vaduj.

Prima facie, a case is made out for grant of interim relief and
3/5 hence the applicant is granted interim protection, till the final disposal of the Criminal M.A.(Anticipatory Bail) No.246 of 2015, on the following terms and conditions :
ORDER
(i) The applicant shall not be arrested till the final disposal of his Criminal M.A.(Anticipatory Bail) No.246 of 2015. Thus, in the event of arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount ; (ii) The applicant shall not tamper or attempt to influence the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case ; (iii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station, as and when called for.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.

It is made clear, that the observations made herein are prima facie and are confined to this application seeking grant of interim
4/5 protection and the learned Judge to decide the application pending before it, on its own merits, uninfluenced by the observations made herein. 8.
