Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that, he will exhaust the remedy of an Appeal U/s.60 of the Maharashtra Police Act. He seeks permission to withdraw this petition to approach the Appellate authority U/s.60 of the said Act.

Considering this request, permission is granted. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority U/s.60 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

If such Appeal is preferred, it shall be decided in accordance with law.
