Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that in the fifth paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 14th September, 2017, the number of the Bail Application has been inadvertently stated as 'Bail Application No.1029/2017', instead of 'Bail Application No.1209/2017' .

Accordingly, the number mentioned in the fifth paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 14th September, 2017 be corrected as 'Bail Application No.1209/2017' instead of 'Bail Application No.1029/2017'. 4.

Accordingly, the order dated 14th September, 2017, shall stand corrected as above. Ordered accordingly.
