The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in pursuance of the order dated 8.12.2015 he has deposited the balance amount of Rs.3.00 lacs in the registry of this court. The learned APP on instructions submits that the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer in pursuance of the order dated 23.9.2015 and has joined the process of investigation. She further on instructions submits that custodial interrogation of the applicant is no more required. It is made clear that the amounts deposited by the applicant in this court are without prejudice to his rights and contentions to be raised at the time of trial and the same also shall not be treated as his admission of guilt. 2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by order dated 23.9.2015 is hereby confirmed .
