1] After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial arising out of C.R. No. 174 of 2017 registered with Bhandup Police Station, Mumbai, now culminated into Special Case No. 295 of 2017, pending on the file of Special Judge under POCSO Act, Gr. Bombay, does not conclude within a period of six months from today. Leave and liberty granted.
