10-apl-1000-1001-1002.2018.odt P.C.:

Offence has been registered because of dispute in two groups claiming to be the Managing Trustees of the Public Trust. The change report proceedings ultimately reached to this Court in First Appeal and in the First Appeal, compromise has been reached. The applicants and their group in Criminal Application No. 1000 of 2018 have walked out and the other group has entered the office. As a part of compromise, the parties have agreed to withdraw all Criminal matters and accordingly certain criminal matters have already been withdrawn. Accordingly the affidavit given by the complainant is taken on record. The parties are also present with their respective advocates. 2.

In view of these developments, as the parties have already acted upon the consent terms, we make the rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The Criminal Applications are accordingly allowed and disposed of.
