The Civil Application is for stay of the order dated 16 December 2014 passed by the First Appellate Court in Civil Appeal No. 313 of 2006.

By this order, a decree passed in a declaration suit in favour of the Applicants herein was set-aside. Technically, therefore, there is nothing to stay in so far as the order of the First Appellate Court is concerned.

In any event, learned Counsel for the Respondents makes a statement on behalf of his clients that status-quo will be maintained in respect to the property forming the subject matter of the present Second Appeal pending the Appeal. 4.
