This is an application for bail filed by the aforesaid Applicant, who is an accused in Sessions Case No.142 of 2015. Previous bail application No.1416 of 2015 was dismissed on merit. Second bail application No.835 of 2016 was withdrawn with liberty to file fresh application after receiving the copy of memorandum of TI parade.

The present application is the third application filed by the aforesaid Applicant. After hearing the parties for a considerable time, the learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Megha 1/2
