The present civil application has been filed for bringing legal heirs of deceased petitioner on record. 3.

Perused the application. It is stated that the sole petitioner expired on 14.07.2019. The present application has been filed on 21.08.2019

Learned counsel for the respondents fairly does not object to the prayer made by the applicants.

In view of the above, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The names of applicant Nos. 1a to 1h be substituted in place of the sole deceased petitioner. Delay, if any, stands condoned.

The amendment be carried out within a period of four weeks from the date of this order.

Learned counsel for the applicants to serve copy of amended cause-title on the Advocate for respondents before the next date.

Civil Application is allowed in the above terms. 9.

Writ Petition No. 6418 of 2019 is adjourned to 30th April, 2021.
