Nanoskar The sole purpose of approaching this Court directly is that even though an original application was filed before the Central Administrative Tribunal, it is not being taken up. It is not possible for us to entertain this petition only on this ground because for the same relief, the original application is pending before the Tribunal. We, therefore, do not intend to proceed with this petition. Like any other petitioner, it is open to the present Petitioner to make an application to the Tribunal to seek priority to the hearing of his original application and the Tribunal has all powers to consider such application.
