By this petition, the petitioner is challenging the notices dated 5th July, 2019 and 25th July, 2019, issued by respondent no.2, to show cause as to why an Administrator should not be appointed to administer the affairs of the petitioner, Educational Trust. Initially, the petitioner was directed to remain present on 2nd August, 2019, at 12.00 noon, before respondent no.2. However, the hearing is now adjourned to 29th August, 2019, at 12.00 noon. 3.

The petitioner can very well appear before respondent no.2 and show cause as to why the Administrator should not 1/2

908-WP9308-19.DOC be appointed to administer the affairs of the petitioner, Educational Trust. In that view of the matter, at this stage, we are not inclined to interfere in the proceedings initiated by the statutory authorities.

Respondent no.2, however, shall give a fair opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and take appropriate decision in accordance with the law.
