The Applicant has prayed to set aside the order dated 25 January 2016 passed in First Appeal (ST) No.23601/2015 and Mamta Kale

In the interest of justice and to decide the appeal on its own merits, it is necessary to allow this application however, subject to payment of cost which would meet the ends of justice.

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), subject to payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- with the High Court Legal Services Committee at Mumbai, within one month from today.

(ii) In case of failure on the part of Applicant, the application shall stands dismissed without making back reference to this Court.

(iii) The civil application is accordingly disposed of.
