The petitioner has approached this Court apprehending that his admission will be cancelled on the ground of non submission of non creamy layer certificate. 2] Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner cannot be faulted for delay in grant of non creamy layer certificate, we had granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) by our order dated 31st August 2018.

YBG 37-wp-9737-18 3] As a matter of fact, the petitioner has in fact received the non creamy layer certificate. In that view of the matter, the petition deserves to be allowed. The petitioner shall submit the said certificate to competent authority. Petitioner's admission shall not be cancelled on the ground of delay in submission of the said certificate.
