DATE : 23rd OCTOBER, 2023 P.C:- This interim application is filed seeking stay to the implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 12th April, 2022 passed by the M.A.C.T., Sangli. 2.

This Court by an order dated 20th October, 2022, had permitted the appellant to deposit the entire award amount with accrued interest within six weeks, subject to the payment, stay was granted to the impugned award dated 12th April, 2022.

Learned advocate for the appellant states that the appellant has

Since the entire award amount along with accrued interest has been deposited, the stay granted by this Court by an order dated 20th October, 2022 is further extended till the hearing and disposal of the First Appeal.
