DATED : 30th SEPTEMBER, 2022 P.C:- The applicant is apprehending his arrest in C.R No.412/2022 registered with Kasturba Marg police station on 7/7/2022 at the instance of one Shashikant Ubale. The informant has narrated in his FIR in the incident dated 6/4/2022, wherein it is alleged that the applicant gave him a blow, as a consequence of which one of his tooth was broken. The injury certificate refer to incision of upper tooth and the injury is described as 'grievous injury". The complainant has narrated the background in which the incident had taken place and in any case, since the accusations faced by the applicant have clearly surfaced on record, Tilak

This is however, subject to the stipulation that he shall render his co-operation in the investigation. Hence, the following order :-

O R D E R

(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant - Nitin Ravindra Atara in connection of C.R.No.412/2022 registered with Kasturba Marg police station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties of the like amount. (b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicant shall mark his attendance to the concerned police station on 6th and 7th October 2022 and thereafter as and when directed.
