This Civil Application is for deleting the name of respondent No.1 since deceased and bring the legal heirs of applicant No.1 on record. The applicant No.1 expired on 13/7/2014 and the civil application has been filed on 3/9/2014. Hence, the same is within time. In view thereof and for the reasons mentioned in the civil application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a),(b) and (c). Applicants to amend the cause title and serve a copy thereof to the respondents within two weeks from today.
