This Court (Coram : Prakash D. Naik, J.), had observed vide order dated 05/05/2021 that, on 26/08/2019 interim protection was granted to the Applicant. It was vacated since the undertaking to deposit amount in the registry, was not complied. The Applicant was without interim protection. He had not complied with the undertaking. The matter was simply adjourned to 15/06/2021.

Today, the matter is taken on board pursuant to the praecipe filed by the Advocate to the Applicant. It is mentioned in the praecipe that, the praecipe was moved for withdrawal of the application as the Applicant was willing to surrender in police station.

Learned counsel for the Applicant appearing today endorses the statement in the praecipe. He submitted that the Applicant wants to withdraw this application. Considering this statement in the praecipe and the statement made by learned counsel for the Applicant, application is disposed of as withdrawn.
