5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner alleges that the respondent nos.4 and 5 are causing continuous nuisance, breach of peace in the society premises. The members of the society are threatened and assaulted by respondent nos.4 and 5.

Without expressing any opinion of the merits of the allegations, we are of the view that the respondent -police authority shall look into the matter and take appropriate steps so that the
