When the writ petition was extensively argued and placed for orders today, on instructions from the petitioner present in Court, Mr. Kanade, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner says that there is a subsequent development, namely, a Notice No.7, issued on 11-9-2019, and which notice sets out the details for the conduct of Third and Final Round. In the light of the same, the writ petition is not pressed. It is disposed of as not pressed. No costs. 2.
