Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the judgment dated 22.11.2014 passed by the Industrial Court, Kolhapur in complaint (ULP) No.185/2000.

The learned AGP fairly submits that the issue involved in the Writ Petition is covered by the order dated 22.12.2016 passed by this court in Writ Petition No.9452/2015 with connected matters. 3.

Considering this fact, the Writ Petition stands rejected for the reasons recorded in the order dated 22.12.2016 in Writ Petition No.9452/2015.
