The grievance of the Applicant is that his Application for Caste Validity Certificate is pending since 2008 before the Respondent No.2 Caste Scrutiny Committee.

A prayer has been made to direct the Respondent No.2 to consider and take appropriate decision on the said pending application as expeditiously as possible. Keeping in view the Nesarikar

2 / 2 908-WP-10415-18.odt limited prayer, we dispose of the Petition by directing the Caste Scrutiny Committee to consider and decide the Petitioner's caste claim within four months from the date of the Petitioner appearing before the Caste Scrutiny Committee. The Petitioner to appear before the Committee on 09/10/2018 at 11.00 a.m. 3.

The Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
