Having heard the learned counsel for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.3 to dispose of the petitioner's application for condonation of delay occurred in filing an appeal under Section 124 G of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (a copy of which is annexed at page 60 of the petition) as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the parties are kept open.

In order to enable respondent No.1 to comply with this order, the petitioner shall remain present before respondent No.1 on 2.4.2018 along with a copy of the said representation as also a copy of this order.
