This is an application seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 19th September, 2014. The condition of which relaxation is sought reads thus :- 7.(ii) As the families of the applicant/accused and prosecutrix are neighbours, the applicant/accused shall not enter Karveer Taluka till the trial is over."

At this stage, I am not inclined to relax the condition.
