For the reasons to be recorded separately, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) Bail Application No.2197 of 2018, is allowed; (ii) The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R.No.313 of 2016/EOW No.49 of 2016, registered with Sakinaka Police Station, investigated by EOW Unit-V, on her furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount; Rajeshri Prakash Aher by Rajeshri Prakash Aher Date: 2018.10.06 23:41:25 +0530

rpa 2/2 905-ba-2197-18-operative order.doc (ii) After her release from jail, the applicant shall attend EOW Unit - V, Mumbai on first Monday of every month between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m., till the conclusion of the trial order; (iii) Applicant shall attend the trial Court on the date of hearing of the case, unless exempted by the Court, for some reason;

(iv) Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or pressurize the prosecution witnesses;

(iv) Applicant is permitted to furnish cash security of Rs.50,000/-, in lieu of surety for a period of two weeks from today;

(v) Bail Application No.2197 of 2018, stands disposed of.
