After having heard these matters at length on 27th February 2019, this Court so as to test the bona fides of the Applicants granted accommodation pursuant to an undertaking that the co-accused impersonated the genuine land owner will be produced before the Investigating Officer.

The learned APP on instruction submits that the said order is not complied with and the Applicants have failed to demonstrate their bona fides.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the rejection of prayer for grant of bail by the learned Sessions Court by reasoned order appears to be justified.

That being so, in my opinion, all the Anticipatory Bail Applications stand rejected.
